COVID-19 Procedures

Masks are required for all showings

Please do not attend any showings or open houses if you answer yes to one or both of the following:

• Are you exhibiting signs of a fever, sore throat, cough, and/or shortness of breath?

• Have you been in contact with anyone who has the symptoms above or has recently been diagnosed with COVID-19?

Directions and Parking:

Enter 130 John St, Lowell, MA into your GPS.

Drive past the guard shack, all the way into the complex, right down to the entrance of the river walk. 30 minute parking is available to the left and right of the river walk entrance. As you look at the river walk, the lobby entrance is all the way to your left (marked as Waterfront Lofts and Boott Mills West). Call or text with any questions 508-463-6481.

Additional Information:

• Entry to lofts are on a first come, first serve basis at 15 minute intervals. Please limit your group to no more than 4 people.

• We will practice social distancing during the showing and all attendees must wear a mask.

• All attendees will be required to register with their name, telephone number, and email address.
